We turn on the oven first, then put a pot on high heat and put a cup and a half of water, a tablespoon of butter, and half a teaspoon of salt in it, and leave them until they boil.

After boiling, remove the pot from the heat, put the couscous in it and stir quickly, then cover the pot and leave it for 5 minutes.

Turn the couscous over, add the dill, then cover it again and leave it aside.

We prepare a tray and mix the chicken with tomatoes, marjoram, lemon, lemon peel, olive oil, a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of black pepper. We make small holes in the chicken and put the marinade in it.

Place the tray on the first shelf of the oven, turning the chicken constantly, and leave it for 10-12 minutes or until it is completely cooked.

We prepare four plates, put two chicken thighs and a few tomatoes in each plate, then add the remaining chicken marinade in the tray to the couscous and stir them together, then distribute the couscous over the chicken plates.
