Steps

  • Cook the pasta well. It is preferable to add the pasta to the boiling water at the same time as adding the broth to the mushrooms.

  • Add the onions and stir for 3 minutes.
  • Then add the thyme, stirring for 30 seconds.

  • In a medium-sized mold, mix the broth with cornstarch, salt, and brown pepper, then add this mixture to the pan and leave it to boil on low heat for 5 minutes. At this time, add the pasta to the boiling water.
